15 Feb Holy burgers at Suburgia!

If burgers are a religion then Suburgia is a temple. As soon as you walk through the doors at Suburgia, you see important classical art scenes on the walls reinterpreted with burgers as the main subject. You know the guys mean burger business. That’s why it’s not a surprise when we learn that people from all over Sydney make a burger pilgrimage here.

From Kale to Bacon
Suburgia was conceived from the minds behind Shoe Chef Café. Owner Mike Jefferies explains, ‘we started off in cafes, but I always liked burgers more’. One thing led to another. Serving up bacon and cheese, and putting smiles on peoples faces, ended up being a lot more fun than serving quinoa and kale.

What kind of burger do you want?
It’s safe to say that there is a burger for anyone at Suburgia. From your classic beef burgers like The Ashfield, served with bacon, chase and a smoky bacon jam (secret recipe!), to vegetarian options such as the Pyrmont featuring a animal-friendly patty, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pineapple and homemade burger sauce.
Suburgia serves up more than just burgers to satisfy one’s tummy. The menu also serves up endlessly satisfying hot dogs and delicious sides such as its famous corn ribs serve with lime and pepper.

Make sure to follow Suburgia and check out their menu!
